Supermoon Bakehouse unveils LTO collab with Graza

NEW YORK CITY — As part of its weekly assortment of baked goods, Supermoon Bakehouse teamed up with Graza to create a limited-edition olive oil eclair and soft serve.

The sweet good is filled with a yuzu creme and Graza olive oil filling — continuing a trend forecasted for 2023 of abstract ingredients presented in familiar ways — topped with a honey glaze, toasted meringue ribbon, olive oil cake, lemon zest and a drizzle of olive oil.

The Graza Olive Oil Soft Serve is topped similarly to the éclair with olive oil cake and an olive oil drizzle.

Both products will be available to order for a two-week time span, beginning Sept. 8.

This is the second collaboration with a bakery for the olive oil brand, recently teaming up with Funny Face Bakery.
