CHARLOTTE, NC — Sunflour Baking Co., a family-owned bakery cafe brand established in 2009, has opened its fifth location. The company first announced the new shop, located in the North Davidson neighborhood of Charlotte, NC, May 2023. This marks the fourth Charlotte-area bakery for Sunflour, joining the Ballantyne, Dilworth and Elizabeth locations.
The new shop, backed by new and veteran team members, will provide a wide variety of menu items such as sandwiches, pastries and desserts to meet varying consumer needs. This also includes vegan and gluten-free products.
Each Sunflour Baking product is made without artificial flavorings, preservatives, dough conditioners, and bleached or bromated flour. The brand also ships select bakery goods nationwide and offers local delivery and pickup options.
