LAS VEGAS — May 26 marks the 35th anniversary of Siegel’s Bagelmania, a Las Vegas Jewish delicatessen and bakery best known for its house-made breads, bagels and pastries.
To celebrate this milestone, customers who eat at the 100,000-square-foot location, which sits next to the Las Vegas Convention Center, will receive a free commemorative anniversary t-shirt with their purchase, while supplies last.
While Bagelmania first started in 1989, serving New York-style boiled bagels, the shop became what it is today after Stephen Siegel, a long-time customer, purchased and renamed it in 2018.
“The love and admiration I have for Jewish delicacies is off the charts,” Siegel said. “Each dish we serve tells a story of tradition and innovation. It’s this blend of old-world and modern that has been keeping our customers coming back for 35 years.”
The Siegel’s Bagelmania menu has also evolved , broadening to include over-the-top offerings such as the Maple Bacon DoughCro Banana Pancakes, which feature a Porky Face DoughCro from fellow Las Vegas bakery brand Pinkbox.
In addition to innovative menu items, the brand stays true to its bagel shop origins by baking and boiling over 20 varieties of bagels daily. Other baked goods include fresh breads such as sourdough and double-baked rye.
