HOUSTON — In anticipation of winter, Shipley Do-Nuts debuted its first-ever holiday menu featuring limited-edition candy cane-inspired offerings.
“There is no flavor more closely associated with the holiday season than peppermint, and our Candy Cane donuts offer a festive way to celebrate all season long,” said Kaitlyn Venable, director of culinary at Shipley Do-Nuts. “At Shipley, we’ve worked to marry seasonal flavors with our freshly made donuts to create limited-time options that give our guests tasty new reasons to visit and treat themselves, their families, friends and co-workers.”
The Candy Cane Crunch Donut features the donut brand’s classic, hexagon-shaped yeast donut topped with candy cane pieces. Customers can purchase the festive donut in a Chocolate or White Iced variety through Dec. 31 or while supplies last.
Earlier this year, Shipley Do-Nuts celebrated its 88th birthday with a special giveaway.
