BUFFALO, NY — Rich Products has expanded its executive team with the addition of industry vet Tracey Ziener as executive VP, chief research and development (R&D), food safety quality assurance (FSQA) officer.
With prior experience as an R&D leader and a specialization in developing new products, packaging and technology programs, Tracey will lead Rich’s global R&D and FSQA functions.

Prior to the new role, Tracey had a long tenure at Mars as VP of R&D, global chocolate business, where she developed expertise across industries such as confectionary and food. Additionally, she’s worked in all R&D areas across the globe to launch an assortment of innovations.
