CHARLOTTE, NC — As a supporting partner of PastryCon 2024, set for Aug. 29-31 at The Park Expo and Conference Center in Charlotte, NC, the Retail Bakers of America (RBA) has organized a day of bakery tours in the area, with the goal of showcasing the local baking community and helping revitalize the industry.
The tours will take place Aug. 28, and include Cocotte Bakery, Wenworth & Fenn, and Manolo’s Bakery. Participants will learn about the bakeries’ business models, network with local entrepreneurs and dive into Charlotte’s vibrant baking community.
This is the first year for the National Pastry Conference, and attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in treats, learn from top pastry chefs, connect with fellow pastry enthusiasts and watch chefs compete in the head-to-head live NPC Competition.
