DENVER — Early bird pricing for Fresh Baked: The Business of Baking with Cannabis, presented by Retail Bakers of America (RBA) in partnership with Love’s Oven, ends Nov. 1.
The in-person, two-day workshop, to be held May 5 – 6 at the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts, will provide bakers with insights on baking with cannabis, demos and tours of some standout cannabis bakeries and dispensaries in Denver as well as other facilities.
Love’s Oven has pioneered the regulated cannabis industry and is one of the most recognized cannabis in Colorado. During the event, Peggy Moore, CEO of Love’s Oven, will share her insights with attendees on how she started the cannabis bakery while Hope Frahm, the bakery’s corporate chef, will give a lecture on the science of cannabis and provide a hands-on demo.
After Nov. 1, registration is $320 for RBA members. For non-members, the registration cost is $420, which includes a one-year RBA membership.
