MOONACHIE, NJ — In preparation for the spooky season, Paris Baguette shared its Halloween-inspired cakes and donuts. Starting Oct. 1, customers will find a lineup of ghoulish baked goods, including returning fan favorites and new additions.
“Halloween is the time of year when everyone embraces the ‘spookier’ side of creativity,” said Cathy Chavenet, chief marketing officer of Paris Baguette North America. “There are so many iconic visuals associated with Halloween, from jack-o-lanterns to ghosts, spiderwebs and more, and we wanted to play into that imagery while pulling through delicious and fun flavors such as cookies and cream as well as decadent chocolate and classic vanilla.”
The Halloween menu includes:
Chocolate Chiffon Jack-O-Lantern Cake: This chocolate chiffon cake is layered with soft cream, topped with a rolled hazelnut wafer as a pumpkin stem and filled with a Candy Corn center.
Vanilla Scream Ghost Cake: Layers of vanilla sponge cake wrapped in custard and soft cream, topped with chocolate crisp pearls.
Halloween ‘Scream’ Donut: The bakery’s signature King Cream donut filled with cookies and cream custard, covered in cookies and cream white chocolate and adorned with chocolate cookie eyes.
Spider Mochi Donut: A mochi donut covered in cookies and cream white chocolate topped with a chocolate sandwich cookie and drizzled with chocolate spider legs.
The Halloween menu will be available at locations nationwide until Oct. 31. Customers can also indulge in other Paris Baguette fall flavors until Dec 2.
