NEW YORK — Librae Bakery, the first Bahraini woman-owned bakery in New York City, has teamed up with Michelin restaurant Caviar Russe for a luxurious bread-based Mother’s Day offering.
“We are so excited to partner with Caviar Russe for this Mother’s Day collaboration,” said Dona Murad-Gerschel, founder of Librae Bakery. “Their exquisite caviar, paired with our handcrafted pastry items, elevates the traditional caviar experience. It’s the perfect gift for moms who love a touch of luxury.”
The collaboration, inspired by traditional caviar service, includes six brioche buns infused with chives, ramps, dill and sea salt; a lemon labneh, and a classic Osetra caviar from Caviar Russe. In addition to the savory offerings, the Mother’s Day co-branded package includes a mother-of-pearl spoon.
The Librae Bakery x Caviar Russe collaboration is available for preorder through May 9 for $75 on Librae’s website.
