TINLEY PARK, IL — Retail Bakers of America (RBA) and Chef Kristin Egan Judson, CMB, are joining forces on June 14 at 11 a.m. CST to teach the art of the classic French dessert St. Honoré .
Named in honor of the patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs, this combination of puff pastry, caramel-dipped profiteroles and creme patisserie combines several techniques and flavors to create the sweet treat.
Judson is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where she is also currently a pastry chef instructor.
