LAS VEGAS — Junior’s Restaurant and Bakery held its official grand opening at Resorts World Las Vegas (RWLV) on Feb. 28.
Junior’s selected RWLV as the property to host its first West Coast location since the food chain’s inception due to its lively atmosphere. This partnership is expected to attract locals and visitors who are seeking a taste of Brooklyn culture on the Las Vegas Strip.
The grand opening included a ribbon-cutting ceremony and Alan Rosen, the third-generation owner of Junior’s, being given a key to the Las Vegas Strip from Tick Segerblom, chair of the Clark County Commission.
The menu features New York and Brooklyn comfort food dishes along with a cheesecake selection of 25 flavors.
“Hitting the jackpot doesn’t get sweeter than this,” Alan said. “We’re beyond thrilled to bring a slice of Brooklyn to the West Coast, nestled right here at RWLV in the vibrant heart of Las Vegas. My grandfather and father loved coming here, so it’s a dream to share our family’s legacy and the cheesecake that has charmed New Yorkers for decades with new friends and fans.”
