PHILADELPHIA — Insomnia Cookies is jumping into fall with a limited-edition lineup of autumn-inspired cookies.
The seasonal menu includes:
- Caramel Apple Classic: A brown sugar dough baked with caramel bits and pockets of apple, dusted with cinnamon sugar.
- Brookie Topped with Snickers: A sweet-meets-salty cookie and brownie collision that features chunks of real Snickers candy loaded with peanuts, nougat and milk chocolate, drizzled with caramel.
- Brown Butter Toffee Classic: A brown butter cookie dough packed with chocolate chunks and crunchy bits of chocolate-covered Heath toffee. Available starting Oct. 21 at 8 p.m. ET.
In addition to the new treats, the late-night bakery is offering a Halloween deal, where customers can get a free classic cookie in-store with any purchase when dressed in a costume. The promotion is only available Oct. 30-Nov. 2.
