Crumbl brings Butter Cake to weekly menu

LINDON, UT — In preparation for summer, Crumbl has added Butter Cake to its menu, another non-cookie offering.

Baked with crunchy sugar crystals, Crumbl’s Butter Cake is topped with a buttery glaze and vanilla bean whipped cream.

Sawyer Hemsley, co-founder of Crumbl, originally attempted to create a butter cake bar, inspired by one of his favorite desserts. As Crumbl’s R&D team developed the new dessert, it transitioned into the single-serve Butter Cake the bakery brand now offers.

Butter Cake is available for a limited time only, from June 24-29.

Previous non-cookie offerings from the brand include Key Lime Pie and Carrot Cake. Crumbl also recently introduced Mini Mondays, offering mini and large cookies once a week and marking another innovation within its menu.
