FORT LEE, NJ — For the first time since its founding in 2018, Angelina Bakery is venturing beyond the Big Apple with the grand opening of its Fort Lee, NJ, store on April 30.

To celebrate the new location, the Italian bakery is rolling out new exclusive menu items that align with Angelina’s Italian roots and Fort Lee’s Korean American community.

This includes Pinsa, a Roman-style flatbread with seasonal toppings made from a blend of wheat, soy and rice flours, and Tissue Bread, a bread popular in Korean cafes featuring thin layers made with premium European butter and flour.

The new offerings join Angelina’s signature pastries and desserts including bombolinos, croissants, cakes, tarts and cannoli.

The New Jersey storefront is the first of several upcoming Angelina Bakery locations housed outside of NYC. In addition to the Boston shop currently in development, the bakery is also looking into markets including Philadelphia and New Haven, CT.
