WASHINGTON, DC — The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), commonly referred to as Baking Expo, announced the last call for speakers to submit their proposals for the 2025 show. Applications are due Aug. 30.
IBIEducate programming will highlight emerging trends and key topics in the global baking industry. Show organizers are seeking speakers who can share their experiences and best practices on a range of topics, including baking techniques for retailers, trends in food science, cookie and cake decorating trends, and retail business management.
Speakers can choose to present in a classroom session, hands-on workshop, 20-minute presentation or demonstration.
Submit a proposal on the IBIE website.
All presenters will receive free admission for IBIE 2025, which includes access to the Expo and educational sessions. Select presenters may qualify for reimbursement of hotel and travel expenses and/or additional compensation.
IBIE 2025 is scheduled for Sept. 14-17 in Las Vegas, with a dedicated day for educational sessions on Sept. 13.
