HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL — Retail Bakers of America (RBA) and Eurogerm KB, a bakery ingredients and solutions manufacturer, are partnering on a full-day, hands-on workshop on Sept. 27.
The Innovative Sweet Goods workshop will be led by Chef Nicolas Nayener, a French baker who works as R&D master baker for Eurogerm KB. Throughout the workshop, Chef Nicolas will provide participants with detailed, hands-on tutorials for multiple baking techniques. The program will also cover product recipes and processes followed by mixing and baking the following products:
- Brioche donuts
- Savory muffins
- Flat muffins
- Quarkballchen (German donut holes)
- Brownie cake donuts
- Keto cookies
- Vegan sugar-free cookies
The full-day workshop will be held at the Eurogerm KB innovation baking facility in Hoffman Estates, IL, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. A professional skill level is required for workshop participants.
RBA members and non-members can register for the workshop for $150 and $200, respectively.
