SARASOTA, FL — Le Macaron, a French patisserie franchise known for its macarons and pastries, shared that it is set to meet its end-of-year goal of 80 franchise units. The continued expansion comes on the heels of a successful Q1 that included multiple openings.

The franchise, which currently has 76 locations in various stages of development, plans to open 10 new locations this summer, including three storefronts in California, a third location in Nashville, TN, and its first cafe in Arizona.

“We are pleased that our growth plans are exceeding expectations,” said Greg Guillem, a spokesperson for Le Macaron. “Le Macaron is fueling America’s growing love affair with macarons, resulting in a constant stream of inquiries from investors and entrepreneurs.”

New franchise owners Gary and Stacy Haggart are set to open the first Le Macaron’s in Arizona in downtown Tucson.

“Not many cafes or bakeries can say their macarons are freshly prepared daily by French chefs,” Gary said. “Tucson is a diverse, sophisticated market that is perfect for the Parisian cafe Le Macaron experience.”
