NEW YORK — Lady M, a luxury confections brand known for its Mille Crepes and fusion of French and Japanese cuisines, collaborated with Oishii, the world’s largest indoor vertical strawberry farm, on a limited-edition cake featuring Oishii’s Omakase Berry.
Layered with handmade crepes and pastry cream with a sponge cake center, the six-inch cake is infused with the aroma, sweetness and texture of the Oishii berries.
The product is only available in New York City for preorder on the Lady M website. It is available weekly on Monday mornings until it sells out.
